Refunds and Replacements Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with our products, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve them.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you wish to return a product for a refund or replacement, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the product. You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt) and explain the reason for your return. We may also ask you to return the product to us, at your cost, for inspection.
We will assess your request and, if we determine that you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law, we will process it within a reasonable time. If we determine that you are not entitled to a refund or replacement, we will contact you and explain our decision.
Please note that this policy does not apply to change of mind returns. However, we may offer you a refund or exchange at our discretion, subject to our terms and conditions.
