Massage Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all massage therapy services provided by Holistica Massage & Health Supplies (“the Business”). By booking a massage service, the client (“you”) agrees to the following:

1. Service Availability

  • All massage services are subject to therapist availability.
  • While we make every effort to honour all bookings, there may be occasions where a therapist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a therapist becomes unavailable and a replacement cannot be arranged, your appointment will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

2. Payment Terms

  • All massage services must be paid in full prior to the appointment.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
  • If payment is not received, the Business reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the Business cancels your appointment due to therapist unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your appointment, the Business’s standard cancellation policy applies.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Onsite Service Requirements

Because our services are delivered at workplaces, events, private homes, and other locations:

  • The environment must be safe, clean, and suitable for massage therapy.
  • If the therapist arrives and the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the therapist may refuse to perform the service.
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided unless the issue was outside the client’s control.

5. Health, Safety & Professional Standards

  • Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to treatment.
  • The therapist may decline or modify treatment if it is unsafe or contraindicated.
  • The Business follows strict hygiene and professional standards, and clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

6. No Product Sales or Third‑Party Promotions

  • Therapists are not permitted to sell or promote personal or third‑party products during appointments.
  • Any product recommendations will only relate to products supplied or approved by Holistica Massage & Health Supplies.

7. Client Conduct

  • Clients must treat therapists with respect and maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

8. Liability

  • The Business and its contractors take all reasonable care when providing services.
  • The Business is not liable for injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.

9. Privacy

  • Any personal or health information provided by clients is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering safe and appropriate massage services.
  • Client information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking a massage service with Holistica Massage & Health Supplies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.


Cancellation Policy – Massage Services

1. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, including same‑day cancellations, will be charged the full service fee.
  • This is because your therapist has reserved that time exclusively for you and may not be able to rebook the session at short notice.

2. No‑Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, the booking will be treated as a no‑show and the full service fee will apply.
  • No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

3. Therapist Cancellations or Unavailability

  • In rare cases, a therapist may become unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If this occurs, we will attempt to arrange a replacement therapist where possible.
  • If a replacement is not available, your appointment will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Payment Requirements

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
  • If payment is not received, the Business reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
  • The full service fee still applies.

6. Mobile & Onsite Massage Conditions

  • If the therapist arrives at your location and the environment is unsafe, unsuitable, or not ready for treatment, the therapist may refuse to perform the service.
  • In such cases, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full fee will apply.
