All orders are shipped from Australia, the next working day after the full payment is received. Holistica Massage & Health Supplies uses a variety of couriers to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most reasonable price. Once processed you will receive a tracking number. The product will be dispatched within 1-2 working days then shipped. Depending on items ordered, the items may arrive separately and on different delivery schedules.

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 5-10 working days;
